AUSTRALIAN MADE RAW HONEY
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Served on the breakfast table or used in cooking and cocktails or as a gift to someone special, our honey is available in a wide range of sizes. Starting from small sample sizes to 3kg pails, INGA Honey produces natural bees wax in 50g ingots to 1kg blocks, Honeycomb sections up to 3kg honey honey frames.
Our premium and pure RAW Honey is cold extracted and filtered to retain its natural colour and flavor.
We also supply wholesale honey to commercial kitchens and restaurants as well as retail stores and markets.
We provide paid pollination services for select food and seed crops as well as swarm removal within metropolitan Sydney.
Ours bees travel far and wide across the south-eastern states on Australia, following the flowering patterns of Australia's native flora. Many of the prized honeys produced from Australia's native Eucalyptus only flower every 5-7 years. As such our honey variety varies from season to season, from Iron-bark, Spotted Gum, River Red-gum and Yellow Box.
we need your help
As many of you know our honey bees are coming under threat and they need all the help they can get. One of the greatest threats is the loss of places to put our bees.
As migratory beekeepers move our bees up to 1000km from our home base of the Blue Mountains. We are always looking for new sites to put our bees. If you own a property in the radius area indicated below please contact us and we would be happy come see if your property would be a good location to put our bees. In return we’ll provide you with 10kg of honey per year, regardless if we have bees there or not each year.
INGA HONEY Co
INGA Honey is owned and operated by Marcus Joy. Based in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales and with a range that covers most of New South Wales.
From an early age the only thing Marcus loved more than being outdoors, was honey. One might say it was inevitable that he would eventually find a way to combine these passions. INGA Honey was born. With a focus on premium honey lines and Honey Wines, Marcus migrates his bees up to 1000km from his base.
