Shipping & Returns


We only accept orders for shipment to Australian residential addresses. Private mailboxes (PO Boxes), or overseas shipping addresses will not be accepted.

Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise the order should be delivered within 7 working days.

*Please note* Due to Quarantine Restrictions in the individual states Raw Honey cannot be shipped to WA, NT or TAS. 



We accept payment online by Visa or MasterCard and Paypal. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential.

Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.



Delivery fees for orders upto 5kg are $15 for Sydney Metro, $19 for Regional NSW. Orders over 5kg will be priced on a per order basis.

Only delivery to Australian residential and business addresses are accepted (PO Box or international shipping addresses are NOT accepted). Please phone our team prior to completing an online order if wish to discuss further.

We use  Australia Post for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 7 working days. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.

Please make sure that the delivery address and postcode are correct as we cannot be responsible for non delivered items due to an incorrect address being provided. Likewise in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.


All orders are sent with Australia Post's ‘special wine order - fragile’ tape attached, which notifies Australia Post employees to carefully handle the parcel. We also take great care in packaging the product securely for transit.

If you find that the goods are damaged on arrival, please contact us.

No refunds will be issued, but replacement products may be sent. We will assess each breakage on a case-by-case basis. Shipped products may appear different than images provided on website – honey jars used for shipping are made of plastic instead of glass to avoid breakage. 



INGA Honey Co reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. You too may cancel an order as long as we receive the notification prior to the order being dispatched. Fee and charges may apply.
